Community Gardens: Cultivating Hope and Autonomy
At the heart of Touriver, 150 plant species thrive in permaculture. Bees buzz peacefully, while alpine goats and rabbits frolic joyfully. Allotments of 100 square meters and training in sustainable agriculture are available to city dwellers who aspire to cultivate their own healthy, organic food. Rented annually, these plots can provide up to 60% of the food needs of a household of 5 people.
A Haven for Rejuvenation
Far from the city’s hustle and bustle, Touriver offers four types of unique accommodation. Nestled in lush greenery in Berrechid, they invite guests to relax and contemplate. “We want our visitors to experience an immersive and authentic rural lifestyle,” confides Abderrahmane.
